About

Hey there!
Welcome to Truth in Tap, a blog where I take a deep dive into mobile games and figure out if they’re actually worth playing or if the ads are just doing the absolute most.

Like most people, I’ve spent way too much time watching game ads while playing other games. You know the ones – overly dramatic plots, impossible puzzles, fake choices that promise chaos and freedom. And when I finally download the game? Nothing like what I was shown.

That’s where this blog comes in. I’m here to call out the false advertising, highlight the surprises, and share what these games are really like once you hit play.

I’m the type of person who plays mobile games during my lunch break, during nap time, or late at night when everything else finally slows down. I juggle a lot! Work, school, mom life, and just trying to keep some peace of mind, so when I pick up a game, I want it to deliver. I don’t have time for bait-and-switch.

Truth in Tap is my way of blending honesty with curiosity. I’m not a game developer or an influencer, just someone who got tired of being tricked by ads and figured other people might be too. I enjoy puzzle games, story-driven games, cozy life sims, and the occasional chaotic ad trap (just for research, of course).

This blog is all about telling the truth behind the tap so you can decide for yourself what’s worth downloading, and what’s just another flashy lie.

If that sounds like your kind of thing, stick around.
